    Record/Vinyl + Digital Album

Ahulabrum is a black metal project founded in the mid 00s. After releasing three demos focused on alien encounters and UFOology the project went dormant in 2006. However, 2020 saw the re-release of all three demos and an LP compiling them along with unreleased material. Then 2021 saw the project come bursting back to life with unreleased archival material finally seeing the light of day, along with a slew of brand new recordings. Indrid Cold has kept up the pace as his Ahulubrum project continues to pump out material, each release more bizarre and twisted than the last.

This is the long awaited vinyl release of the project’s noisiest release to date. “Strange Lights Portend Their Presence” sees Indrid Cold strip away even the rawest black metal structures in favor of a wall of pure chaos and formless, grinding texture. The release traces the mythology surrounding Sasquatch with “vocals” and “drums” provided by alleged recordings of bigfoot vocalizations and wood-knockings respectively. Fans of raw black metal, harsh noise, ambient and experimental music will all find something to dig into with this release of truly unique sounds.

Co-released with Ixiol Productions. Limited edition of 200 copies.
